Be a part of the action
Want to be part of the action of the World Championships? Volunteer! It will take more than 500 volunteers to ensure a successful event this year. We need you! Depending on your availability and interests, there are various positions that we will need to fill. Check out the FAQ for information about the types of volunteer positions.
Interested in volunteering?
While individual volunteer sign-ups won’t be released until spring 2026, if you’re interested, please fill out this brief form. You’ll be the first to receive info on volunteer positions and sign-ups when those become available.
Overview of volunteer tasks
We have numerous volunteer positions that will need to be filled. Volunteers need to be 16 and older. Here are some of the positions you can expect to see:
- Sector Captains and Course Marshals (protect the course for rider safety)
- Anti-Doping Chaperone (work with the coordinate from the World Anti-Doping Agency to escort athletes for testing)
- Parkings/Transport logistics (provide support for traffic flow with teams, spectators, etc)
- Food server (serve athletes and their team staff in the Athlete Village on certain days)
- Other (there will likely be other duties identified over the next 12 months to potentially include marketing, hospitality, production set-up, etc)
